Privacy policy

FreeExamPath is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator named in the legal notice. Contact: contact@freeexampath.com.

What we process

• Hosting. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. This is necessary to run the site (legitimate interest). Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
• Practice progress. Your answers and progress are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us.

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not sell personal data.

Statistics and advertising

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, the statistics service of our hosting provider. According to Cloudflare, it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data; we see only totals, such as how often a page is viewed. We use these figures to learn which pages are useful (legitimate interest).

We show no advertising at present. Before we add advertising, we will update this policy and ask for your consent wherever the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@freeexampath.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in France this is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
